Shipping policy

Every Forza order is packed with care at our Nashville studio. Here's what to expect.

Processing

• In-stock orders ship from our Nashville studio within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Preorder and limited-edition items ship within the window shown on the product page.
• You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping options and rates

• Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout, based on your order's weight.
• Standard shipping takes about 3–4 business days and Economy about 5–8 business days once your order ships.
• Economy shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.

Local pickup in Nashville

• Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order free of charge at Forza Pilates, 724 Merritt Ave #103, Nashville, TN 37203.
• We'll email you when it's ready, usually within 2–4 days. Please bring your order number.

Lost or delayed packages

• If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email hello@forza-pilates.com and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
